Encryption
We use HTTPS to encrypt all data sent between Bindle and your browser. Even this page. No-one can see what you send or receive.
Reliability
Bindle is built on fantastic open source projects like Ruby on Rails and Postgresql. We keep the packages we depend on patched and up to date.
Back ups
We back up all your data every day. If you need us to go back and retrieve something for you we’ll be able (and happy) to do so.
Continuous Improvement
Every change to Bindle has to pass an automated test suite that covers every line of code before it can go live. We track errors with Honeybadger and fix them quickly.
Hosting
Bindle’s app and database run on DigitalOcean servers in Sydney, Australia. We deploy and manage them with Cloud 66.
Reporting
Keeping customer data safe and secure is a huge responsibility and a top priority. In the event a web security flaw is discovered that might impact Bindle, we follow this procedure.
